So can anyone translate this pattern for me? I’d really love to learn to make these cuties! It looks like it’s in Russian…?

Head: 
1: 6 sc in ring. (6)
2: INC around (12)
3: *sc, INC* around (18)
4: *INC, 2 sc* around (24)
5-8: sc around. (24)
9: *DEC, 2 sc* around (18) Stuff.
10: *sc, DEC* around (12)
11: DEC until closed.

BODY:
1: 6 sc in ring. (6)
2: INC around (12)
3: *sc, INC* around (18)
4-8: sc around (18)
fasten off, leave tail for attaching.
*One user suggest a button in the base for stability.

The spikes, google has no idea how to translate but they are commonly made with  5 DC in a stitch. You can either chain the length of the dino and attach after or do surface sc along the body if you are familiar with that. Then 5 DC in one, skip one, sl st, skip, repeat.
